Required for an individual Year Group (Year 8)

Please Note: The individual Year Group may change at the end of any given academic year.

Working pattern: 37 hours per week term time + 5 training days/twilight equivalents

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, and proactive practitioner for the role of Pastoral Manager, who will be assigned to an individual Year Group (Year 8). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student welfare and behaviour, whilst promoting a sense of personal excellence in our students. 

Our new Pastoral Manager will need to be a confident, professional and approachable communicator, as he/she will be liaising with external and internal stakeholders; including staff, students, parents/carers and the wider community. The successful applicant should have good time management skills, be able to meet deadlines, be empathetic, as well as having a flexible approach to work as priorities could change at short notice.
