We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our friendly team at Priory Fields School in Dover.

Purpose of the Role:
To carry out cleaning duties to maintain a high standard throughout the school, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean designated areas of the school to a high standard, as directed.

  • Use appropriate cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively (full training provided).

  • Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are stored securely.

  • Work in line with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, identifying and reporting hazards promptly.

  • Collect and dispose of waste appropriately.

  • Adhere to school policies relevant to the role, including Safeguarding.

  • Undertaking deep cleaning or specialised tasks during school holidays or other closure periods.
