The Role

Cygnus Academies Trust are seeking an exceptional People Manager to lead our HR team on a permanent basis.  This is a newly created role, will lead our people strategy across our Trust.  This is a pivotal role in shaping, a positive, high-performing culture that supports our staff to deliver the very best for our pupils.  With a solid understanding of HR principles, you will build positive relationships with stakeholders and provide effective HR advice and support to enhance strategic leadership within the school.

This person will be responsible for leading on employee relations, recruitment and staff wellbeing.  Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding, and trust policies. Overseeing our HR systems, workforce planning and policy development.  Please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification for more details.
