The Role

Cygnus Academies Trust are seeking a HR Apprentice to join our HR team on a fixed term basis.  This is a newly created role, to provide the administrative support to the HR team.  This role will assist the team in providing an efficient and effective HR service across the Trust.

This person will be the first point of contact within the HR team to respond to general enquiries, escalating enquiries where necessary.  The person will support the recruitment/pre-employment checks and developing skills on our HR system.  The Trust will fund a level 3 qualification in HR support.
