About this Role

Are you an organised, friendly and proactive individual with a passion for supporting a dynamic school environment? We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our school and a vital member of our team.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for visitors, parents and carers, staff and children, you will play a key role in promoting the professional, caring image of our school. You’ll also support a wide range of administrative tasks, so adaptability, initiative and resilience are essential. The hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am  til 1pm

We're looking for someone who is:
✅ Exceptionally organised and able to manage a varied workload
✅ Warm, approachable and a great communicator – both written and verbal
✅ A team player with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
✅ Calm under pressure and always ready with a smile
✅ Comfortable in a busy environment – including the occasional visit from Bruce, our lovable school dog!
