We are looking to appoint an experienced and confident Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team from September 2025, working full-time within our mixed Year 4/5 class. Ofsted Inspection – June 2025

Our latest Ofsted inspection judged the school to be Good, with strengths in our nurturing environment, inclusive provision, and high expectations. Inspectors noted:

“Pupils feel safe, heard and cared for. They consistently meet the high expectations that staff have of their behaviour and attitudes... Pupils thrive within this trusting and harmonious environment.”

Wittersham is a village school located between Tenterden and Rye, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our setting plays an important role in daily school life and our wider curriculum offer.
