Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Heath Farm School, Ashford
Salary: £18,118.75 per annum
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

We’re growing – and looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated team at Heath Farm School, part of Acorn Education.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping young people with special educational needs thrive. Whether you’re experienced in SEN/ASC environments or looking to move into a more meaningful career from sectors like retail or hospitality – we’ll support your journey.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with our teachers and pupils to:

• Support learning and development tailored to individual needs
• Build positive, supportive relationships
• Prepare engaging classroom environments and learning materials
• Promote interaction and inclusion in and outside the classroom

You’ll be working with children who need consistency, creativity, patience – and someone who genuinely cares.

What You’ll Need

• GCSEs (grade C/4 or above) in English & Maths
