Furley Park Primary Academy would like to appoint a HLTA for 33.5 hours per week to join our dedicated and highly effective team. This role will involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities, monitoring, assessing, recording and reporting on student progress.  This is a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver individualised programmes that bring learning to life for pupils at the stage they are working at. Some recording of progress will also be required and you will be expected to engage with parents on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be prepared to work across the school. Experience of working with children in foundation stage or with pupils with additional needs would be an advantage.

The successful applicant must have an NVQ level 3 or be willing to complete the qualification for Higher Level Teaching  Learning Support.

Furley Park Primary Academy operates a safe recruitment policy and any appointment will be subject to a successful DBS. Shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake a basic skills test before attending interview.
