Job Title: Individual Inclusion Instructor

Salary: £19,200 per annum
Hours: 21 hours/week, 3 days (days negotiable)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2025

About the Role

We’re looking for an Individual Inclusion Instructor to join our close-knit team at Heath Farm School, part of Acorn Education.

You’ll work with individual students—both onsite and offsite—to deliver bespoke support that helps them re-engage with class learning. This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusion, creativity, and meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored Individual Inclusion Plans (IIPs) focusing on therapeutic, social, and academic development.
  • Work 1:1 with students, supporting reintegration into class.
  • Assess student progress, update learning plans and records (Evidence for Learning, SOLAR).
  • Contribute to reviews and meetings (Annual Reviews, PEPs, Pupil Progress).
  • Collaborate with the SENCO, Deputy Head: Wellbeing, and Therapeutic Education Practitioner.
