Cover Supervisor

We are seeking to recruit a cover supervisor to ensure consistency in staffing for our pupils.

You will need to be adaptable and dynamic, coviring staff abscences and staff who are out on CPD. If you like experiencing a different day, every day, then this position is for you.

The school delivers a broad curriclum of GCSE's and vocational subjects. You will need to be able to deliver lessons planned by the teachers, adapting delivery where needed to meet pupil and group needs.

When not covering sessions you will be running interventions for individuals and groups.

This post will be supporting the school accross 3 sites in Deal and Thanet

Your salary will be prorated to reflect the 38 working weeks, meaning you’re paid for the weeks you work plus a portion of holiday pay, then this total is spread evenly over 12 months for consistency.

The Enterprise Learning Alliance is an innovative school that offers students across all Key Stages an involving, engaging and broad curriculum. The School has educational provision in both the Thanet and Dover District

Working closely with local schools and agencies, the school operates across several sites in the Thanet and Dover area providing individual learning pathways to allow pupils to achieve positive outcomes.

The Enterprise Learning Alliance educates pupils between the ages of 11-16 in both full time and respite education. The school has also developed an innovative and successful outreach service for local schools.
