Music Department Administrator 

Kent Range 3 (£20997-£26075) dependent on experience 

4 hours per week, 38 weeks per year  

Do you have excellent administrative skills and a love for music? Sir Roger Manwood’s School is seeking a well-organised and enthusiastic Music Department Administrator to provide essential support to our vibrant music department. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing visiting instrumental teachers’ timetables, coordinating paperwork for music-related school trips, overseeing the hire and return of instruments via Kent Music, updating ensemble registers for school data, organising ticketing and promotional materials for concerts, and providing a warm front-of-house presence at performances.
