Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? Do you have a natural ability to engage and inspire young learners? Manor Community Primary School is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our primary school team as an unqualified teacher to work mainly in our inclusive and supportive KS2 team.

 

The key responsibilities are:

· Supporting the delivery of engaging and effective lessons under the guidance of qualified teaching staff.

· Assisting in planning and preparing classroom activities.

· Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

· Supporting individual and small group learning to help children achieve their potential.

· Collaborating with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.

· Contributing to the wider school community and participating in school events

 

We welcome applicants who:

· Have a genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development and have high expectations for all pupils.

· Are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and have the ability to work under pressure and priorise effectively.

· Possess strong communication and organisational skills.

· Have the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

· Have an understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies.

· Educated to degree level

· Are willing to work towards teaching qualifications if appropriate.
