We are looking to appoint a Specialist Engagement Teaching Assistant to join our passionate and hardworking team at Goldwyn School Folkestone.  

This is an exciting opportunity where we aim to deliver the very best educational experiences for students.  Our school is welcoming, calm and purposeful and, within a nurturing ethos, our learners are stretched academically, supported pastorally and developed socially and emotionally.

Goldwyn supports not only onsite learning but also incorporates attending offsite provisions when required. Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to have a full driving licence and happy to drive school vehicles.  In addition, a level of flexibility is required for this post depending on the timetables of individual students.

This post is offered on Kent Scale C £25,252 - £26,252 per annum pro rata plus a SEN Allowance of £1,484.97 per annum (Actual total salary including SENA: £20,732.80- £21,495)  and is for 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks a year (term time only plus 5 staff development days).
