Teaching Assistant for Key Stage 1 or 2 Required

30 hours per week - term time only.

Due to the retirement of a long standing staff member, we are excited to be looking for a new Teaching Assistant to join our fabulous support team. The role will be a mix of whole class support, small group work and some 1:1 support within the classroom and through interventions.

We have a knowledgeable and supportive staff who will offer training, guidance and expertise. Our teachers and Teaching Assistants work closely and collaboratively together as a team to ensure that every child can succeed.

We are looking for someone who:

· Ideally has experience working with primary aged children in a school setting but patience, resilience, kindness, a positive attitude and good sense of humour are equally as important.

· Is willing to learn how to support children with additional needs

· Can work as part of a team and also from their own initiative

· Can be flexible in response to the needs of children and the school
