MIDDAY SUPERVISOR VACANCY

We have a vacancy for a Midday Supervisor to start as soon as possible

The position is for 1 hour 20 minutes a day from 11.40 until 13.00

It is for 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

TERM TIME ONLY

This job entails setting up school dinners; supervising children both in the hall and on the playground; completing any paperwork regarding accidents; reporting information to relevant adults and forging suitable relationships with pupils during lunchtime breaks.

Pay is according to Kent Range 3

Sandwich Junior is a two form entry school. We currently have 235 pupils on roll. We are fortunate to have extensive grounds, which include two large playgrounds, a gardening area, outdoor music equipment, an Orchard and a full size Labyrinth to aid mindfulness and reflection. The school has a strong set of Core Values which underpin everything we do. We place safeguarding at the centre of everything we do and expect all employees to uphold the highest standards in this regard. Our location in the centre of Sandwich, Kent means we serve families from the town and the wider area. We received an Outstanding grading in our most recent Ofsted inspection (May 2022). We have a friendly, dedicated staff who work seamlessly together as a team, ensuring every child reaches their own personal excellence through a focus on quality first teaching and pastoral support.
