  • Champion Inclusion: Ensure all pupils, regardless of their needs or backgrounds, feel included and have access to high-quality education. Put pupils at the heart of everything you do.
  • Foster a Strong School Community: Believe that a strong school community is the backbone of student success. Create an inclusive environment where both students and staff can excel.
  • Break Down Barriers: Lead our inclusion, behaviour, and safeguarding strategies to ensure all pupils receive the support they need to become agents of their own personal growth.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with staff, children, families, and external agencies to promote wellbeing and achievement. Guide staff in implementing strategies for diverse needs.
