Graduate Teaching Apprenticeship Programme – Start Your Teaching Career with Maritime Academy Trust!

Are you a passionate graduate looking to launch an exciting career in teaching? Featherby Partnership School is offering an opportunity to train as a primary school teacher through our Graduate Teaching Apprenticeship Programme, starting in September 2025.

Salary: Point 1 UQT, rising to Point 1 MPS in the final term when QTS is awarded.

About the Graduate Teaching Apprenticeship Programme

This 15-month, fully funded apprenticeship will give you Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) after the first 12 months, followed by an End Point Assessment (EPA) in the final term. The programme is delivered in partnership with the University of East London, and all tuition fees are covered by our Apprenticeship Levy fund.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, you must have:

  • A degree (in any subject).
  • GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above in English, Maths, and Science.
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting
