Bower Grove School is seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of HR Manager as part of the Senior Leadership Team. We are looking for someone with a passion for new challenges who is visionary and proactive at introducing innovation.

The Role:

As the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing our HR strategies across the School. This includes line managing a HR Assistant as well as ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding process through the whole employee life-cycle.  You will oversee all HR administration. You'll work closely with the Headteacher to implement best practices and continuously improve our HR processes as well as manage case work and offering comprehensive guidance on sound HR practices and employment law to all SLT.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone passionate with great initiative, is forward thinking, and has a can-do attitude. Being able to communicate with individuals and demonstrate empathy at all levels and in a variety of situations is a must. Ideally we would like someone either with or working towards your CIPD Level 5 certification.  We're open to flexible working arrangements and would consider a full time or term time only position for the right candidate.

Work Hours:

This is a full-time position, with 37 hours per week. Core hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 3.30PM. However, we're flexible and open to adjusting hours based on individual preferences and needs.
