Small Haven School provides vulnerable children, whose varying needs could not be met in other education placements, with a chance to have a sense of belonging within a school community where they can succeed and thrive. We are a well-established school with an excellent local reputation and was awarded a Good in the recent Ofsted inspection with areas of outstanding in personal development and behaviour and attitudes.

Small Haven School is a close community with a well-established positive therapeutic culture. Small Haven School is a successful and unique independent SEN school registered for up to 36 students aged between 6 to 19 years across KS1-KS5, all of whom have Education, Health and Care plans. We are always striving to grow and develop in order to provide an excellent standard of provision for the children and young people we care for. The school has a highly dedicated and skilled staff team of 24 working in our small campus. This provides a safe and effective environment for pupils who previously may have experienced insecurity and allows them the opportunity to access their education and thrive in all areas of development.
