The Governors of St Thomas' Catholic Primary School are looking to recruit an individual with the determination to make a real difference to the lives of the children that attend St Thomas'.

The successful candidate will provide support for parents and for their children with early signs of social, emotional, health or behavioural issues, and work with them, school staff and other support agencies to prevent problems worsening and interfering with the child's ability to engage with school and learning.

You should be able to demonstrate your ability to work in partnership with school staff, families, and a variety of professionals within and external to KCC.

This is a part time position working 9.00am until 3.15pm four days a week term-time only

St Thomas' Catholic Primary School is a Voluntary-Aided school (we are not part of a multi-academy trust).
