Salary:  Salary Scale C2 points 12-25 Term time only + 5 Inset Days

£22,887-£29,405 per annum (pro rata of £26,421-£33,945 per annum)

The Headteacher is seeking to appoint a talented Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a fixed term period to cover maternity. You will join a strong and supportive team of staff within a school that is committed to providing the best possible learning opportunities for its children and staff.

The successful candidate will:

  • hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
  • be an excellent practitioner in the primary classroom
  • have relevant specialised SEN experience and pastoral experience
  • demonstrate commitment to personal and professional growth
  • embrace opportunities for research and development
  • be passionate about sharing best practice with colleagues across the school and wider trust
