We are looking for a KS2 teacher to join our fabulous team here at St Gregory's Catholic Primary School in Margate, on a one year fixed term contract until the 31st August 2025.

The ideal candidate will be fully committed to offering every child the best possible educational experience; have experience teaching in KS2; have strong pedagogical knowledge; and be able to build effective relationships with both pupils and parents. One of our Curriculum drivers is Opportunity and any applicant should want to get involved in the life of the school. Experience leading a curriculum subject is desirable but not as essential as an enthusiasm to learn.

St Gregory’s is a one and a half form entry primary school of just under 300 children in the popular seaside town of Margate. Despite being a small school, we have large, leafy grounds with plenty of space for everyone, a forest school and an outdoor gym as well as a purpose built hub for interventions. We pride ourselves on excellent pastoral care. Huge attention focuses on individual need as well as academic progress; we see children as individuals.
