We are looking to recruit an outstanding and highly experienced SEND professional to lead the transformation of our SEND provision across our Trust and establish excellence as the norm. As a Trust whose mission is to realise ambition, we should be judged by the quality of provision we offer to our most vulnerable pupils, including those with SEND. We are looking to appoint an experienced SEND specialist to work with our SENDCos to ensure the provision for all our SEND learners is outstanding and meets every individual learner’s needs.

The Trust SEND Leader position is an opportunity for an ambitious leader who is looking to develop their experience of leadership in a rewarding environment, within a very supportive multi-academy trust.

The timing of this role represents an exciting and unique opportunity to create high quality provision across our schools which will then act as a foundation of best practice as the MAT expands and we welcome new schools into our Trust family.

 

As the Trust SEND Leader you will:

  •           Lead best practice in SEND across all schools
  •           Empower SENDCos to continuously improve
  •           Ensure close collaboration with all stakeholders and develop partnerships that make a difference to children and young people with SEND
  •           Drive the quality of SEND provision through a clear strategy and research-led practice
