St Katherine’s School & Nursery is a thriving primary school which has been recently graded good with many outstanding features by Ofsted.

Coppice Primary Partnership are looking for a keen, enthusiastic and passionate Class Teacher to join our team. We are a small, Primary focused Multi Academy Trust in West Kent focused on achieving the very best outcomes for the children in our schools.  This is a full-time post, fixed term until August 2025, commencing September 2024.

Information about the school

St Katherine's School & Nursery is part of a friendly community, situated in Snodland. Together with Loose Primary School and Coxheath Primary School, it is a member of the Coppice Primary Partnership which is providing many exciting career opportunities for staff to explore.

We have very high expectations for pupil outcomes and support staff with many professional development opportunities to help secure the very best provision for every child. We are committed to working collaboratively with other schools and a Leadership Pathways programme exists for all members of staff with career development opportunities to explore.

We have highly motivated and well behaved children and supportive parents.

Staff work together across the school and trust, offering mutual support and exchange of ideas. An effective induction process exists for new staff to ensure that they are well supported throughout their transition to St Katherine's School and beyond.

We value sporting activities highly and have extensive grounds and our own indoor swimming pool. The children swim all year round, taught by qualified swimming coaches and leave the school able to swim well.
