We are encouraging applications from experienced teachers, ECTs and support staff e.g. current HLTAs looking for progression within the Trust

We require an adaptable and proactive individual who is open to new ideas and willing to support our vision to transform the standardised model of direct learning to a model which allows for improved interactions and strengthened relationships that provide our children with opportunities for self-directed learning.

We aim to nurture a community of learners that challenge thinking, where our staff are empowered to take risks and develop their practice to meet the needs of an evolving school system, which is not held back by traditional restrictions and ideologies.

We want people who:

  • Recognise that our current education system needs to radically change to better prepare our young people for the 21st century
  • Want to move away from passive forms of learning and move towards interactive teaching methods that promote critical and individual thinking
  • Are able to take advantage of the latest technology to deliver personalised learning that is accessible for all children, irrespective of their language skills, reading ability or any other factors that may present learning challenges
  • Want to work with other staff as a community of learners that challenge traditional thinking
  • Want to develop their own practice to meet the needs of an evolving school system
  • Want to develop children as life-long, curious learners
  • Want to build strong relationships with children that facilitate their learning
  • Want to teach in enabling environments that promote flexibility, collaboration and independence

We can offer all successful applicants:

  • permanent contract
  • Opportunity to move to other schools within the Trust
  • Full induction process
  • Ever evolving work/life balance package – including staff being able to take their PPA time at home (1 full day every fortnight).
  • Support from a network of experienced staff
  • Excellent career development opportunities

 We can offer experienced staff:

  • More responsibility
  • Greater professional development
  • Opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities
  • Rapid career progression

 We can offer ECTs:

  • Support from experienced mentors
  • Frequent opportunities to observe best practice from other teachers within the Trust
  • Clearly focused training schedules
  • Extensive support from our Lead Practitioners

We can offer support staff e.g. current HLTAs:
