Riverview Infants School is looking to recruit an Extended Services Leader to manage their After School Club.

The post will be for 13.75 hours per week, 3.15pm - 6pm Monday to Friday. You will be paid on Kent Range 5, £22,595 full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary £7,094.86

The successful candidate will be expected to:  

  • assist with providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
  • ensure that children, whilst in the extended services provision, have access to appropriate activities to support their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.
  • Provide a stimulating, happy and relaxing, fun atmosphere
  • Work as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and colleagues
  • Provide a healthy snack and assist where necessary
  • Interact with the children through activities
