We are looking to employ a teaching assistant to support a pupil with type 1 diabetes.

The postion is a five day job-shared post.

This is the afternoon postion 12:00 - 15:00 ( 15 hours per week).

Knowledge of type 1 diabetes is prefered but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided by the diabetic nursing team.

The role is for the period of time that the child is at school, although many of our support staff remain with us supporting other children who join subsequently.
