Following the retirement of a highly valued member of our support team we are looking to recruit a Senior HLTA to support our class teams to be highly effective in their roles.

This include recruiting the right person, providing support in class, advice and support with training needs and all aspects of wellbeing.

The successful applicant must be a people person, with excellent communication skills, that will remain calm and professional in all aspect of the role. You must follow and embed the School values throughout your daily tasks.

Your role will be to ensure the class based staff are performing at their best to ensure our amazing students receive the highest quality of education during their time at our school.   

We are looking for one full time candidate or two part time candidates for 3 days per week. (A classroom based HLTA role can be available for 2 days on Kent Range 7 if full time is desired)

22 hours / 3 days per week £14,755.74 (full time equivalent £28,598) + SENA (£1,422 full time equivalent)

37 hours / 5 days per week £24,816.47 (full time equivalent £28,598) + SENA (£1,422 full time equivalent)
