We are seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to work in our school office.  The successful candidate, working alongside the Office Manager, will be responsible for the efficient operation of administrative functions within the school. Duties will include a diverse range of secretarial and administrative duties, being the first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors at reception and supporting the monitoring of attendance and absence.

You will have previous experience of working in a busy office, ideally within a school setting. Basic computer skills are essential.
