Are you an enthusiastic HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant looking to further your career? St Martin’s School, part of the Whinless Down Academy Trust, may be the school for you!

We are looking for someone who is flexible, caring, creative and inspirational to undertake the Higher Level Teaching Assistant role in our wonderful setting. You will need to be confident in delivering high quality learning opportunities, that you may be asked to plan. You will have high expectations and the ability to challenge our learners. We are looking for a candidate who is confident and charismatic and can lead our team of TAs, under the direction of the school's leadership team.

The post is for 33.5 hours a week, from 8.30am-3.30pm (and one day to 4.30pm to include an after school club). 

This post is currently based at St Martin’s School. However, opportunities may also arise for the successful candidate to work across the Trust Schools.

St Martin's School is a one form entry school, situated in a long-established residential area on the western outskirts of Dover. We actively work to develop all our staff and offer a comprehensive programme of professional development for staff at all levels and in all roles.
