An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Rivermead Inclusive Trust for an exceptional Trust Youth Development Officer and Caeers Lead. The successful candidate will work as part of Rivermead School, in enhancing the life chances and life choices of all our learners.

 As part of the Rivermead Inclusive Trust, they will join a team of highly skilled and committed staff who put the children at the heart of everything they do.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of various career paths, industries, and educational options.
  • Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Experience of working with children and young people in both formal and informal settings
  • A commitment to continued professional development and training to ensure that the youth work offer remains relevant.
