Working Pattern: Monday and Tuesday – 8:15 – 16.15 with 30 mins break

Grade: KR4

Do you like working in a busy environment?  Are you a reliable, organised hardworking person with an eye for detail?  Do you want to work as part of our friendly team?  We are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled person (with a sense of humour!) to the post of Office Administrator at our popular school.

The office is the centre of communications between pupils and adults, both within and outside our school.  A positive, professional outlook is essential as well as a calm, caring approach and a track record of attention to detail.  Ideally the successful candidate should have had previous experience of working within a school environment.  Excellent typing skills, knowledge of relevant computer software and a good level of education, including GCSE English and Maths are essential.  The post requires the ability to be methodical, organised and the ability to prioritise work within a busy environment.
