Finance Assistant - T/T only + 10 days (full time possible)

The Post

A conscientious, self-motivated, and trustworthy Finance Assistant is sought for our newly centralised Finance Department based at Barton Court Grammar School.

This is a very busy role and would include working across procurement, Government Procurement Card administration, handling cash, the administration of school trips and the reconciliation of payments across all three schools in our Trust.

Previous experience in school finance or trip/event management would be desirable but not essential.

Hours of work 8.00am-4.00pm Monday-Thursday and 8.00am-3.30pm Friday (to include a 30 minute unpaid lunch break). This is a term time only contract with 5 Staff Development Days and an additional 5 days to be worked across the academic year. However, further days or even full-time would be considered for the right candidate.
