We have a 1:1 Learning Support Assistants (LSA) vacancy available due to securing High Needs Funding.  This position will be temporary due to the nature of needs.

Hours per week: 28.75 hrs per week, term time only

Salary: Kent Range 3, FTE £21,293 (Actual Salary approx. £13,990) - £11.04per hour

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic LSAs, with a keen interest in SEND, to work in our family orientated Church of England Primary school.

The LSA position will have you on your feet from day one! We are looking for someone who has the ability, knowledge and experience to support interventions and in class support. Experience would be desirable but is not essential. A willingness to work in a team and a flexible approach is essential alongside initiative and the ability to take ideas forward.

You will work as part of a dedicated team of staff who carry out daily learning and medical care for our youngest children.

Learning Support Assistants are part of a team who remove any barriers of learning for a range of children. We offer an induction package that focuses on mainstream core standards enabling high quality and dedicated provision for special educational needs.  Staff are required to support all children at this school as part of our inclusive and Christian ethos.
