Position Start Date: November 2023

We are looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with the passion and enthusiasm to raise standards in our school. The position is currently fixed term until the end of the academic year.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A HLTA qualification, or relevant qualifications to a similar or higher level or a teaching qualification,
  • The experience and ability to plan for and deliver quality first teaching 
  • Knowledge of a range of primary school interventions and provisions,
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
