Salary Scale: Leadership Scale L6 – 8 (£50,122 - £52,659)

I am extremely proud to be the new Headteacher of Pilgrims' Way Primary School in Canterbury. We are on a very exciting journey with a hugely committed team, wonderful children, a recent Ofsted grading (Sept 2022) and a school rebuild project on the horizon.  We are driven to providing a learning environment for adults and children with a culture of high-quality learning for all that is safe, kind and inclusive, in short irresistible learning for all.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to be part of our community and work with us to achieve our goals through their support, challenge and experiences. In return we can offer you the support of our wonderfully skilled staff, collaborative learning and professional development with our Trust’s schools, and an opportunity to be part of what I believe is the best team ever. Who could resist?

Do you believe education makes a difference? Do you have the enthusiasm to instil this in others? Do you have a desire to work in a forward-thinking school that is part of Veritas Multi Academy Trust and thrives on making a difference in children’s lives? If so, we would love to hear from you.
