We are looking for two cleaners to join our friendly school and help keep it clean, tidy and safe for our children.  Duties include classroom / toilet and general cleaning which will need to be delivered to a high standard. 

The successful candidates will work 2 hours per day Monday to Friday (10 hours per week) term time only, 3.30pm-5.30pm. There is also a requirement to work for a further week (10 hours) during the summer holiday to complete the school's deep clean.  

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory references and a satisfactory check supplied by the Disclosure and Barring Service. The check will include any cautions, reprimands or final warnings as well as convictions.

The Churchill is a two form entry school in the town of Hawkinge, two miles north of Folkestone and 10 miles from Canterbury and became part of the EKC Schools Trust in December 2023.
