We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic support staff team for 25 hours a week, working within Key Stage 2.

The team is incredibly collaborative and we have an equally supportive environment.  Training will be given for the role however, previous experience of working within a primary school would be an advantage. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has good communication skills with both children and adults
  • A desire and drive to work with children
  • Has proven skills for working within a team
  • Can respond quickly to the changing needs of a classroom
  • A positive rapport with colleagues and children
  • An awareness of how to ensure the safeguarding of our children
  • A high level of motivation, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Previous KS2 experience

This position will be a term time only fixed term contract, for 25 hours per week.  

Fixed term contract until 31st August 2024

Hours: 25 hours per week, term time only

Pay Scale KR3: £21,293 pro rata (actual salary is £12,057.59 per annum)
