As we look to the future, we seek an exceptional individual to lead our pastoral support efforts across the school. This role involves spearheading strategic changes and improvements that directly impact the lives of our children and young people. Currently, we are implementing a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) culture across the school and your role will be pivotal in embedding this approach throughout the entire community. Additionally, you will provide strategic oversight for safeguarding in conjunction with the Designated Safeguarding Lead. Collaboration will be key as you'll work alongside a dynamic and passionate team of experienced leaders and staff, all deeply committed to our shared vision of "a quality life for all."

We are seeking candidates with a successful track record in middle or senior leadership roles within a comparable educational setting, ideally with experience in leading change and improvement. While prior experience with PBS is advantageous, it is not mandatory. What we value most is a profound belief in our approach and a strong desire to contribute to our vision. Your personal qualities and ability to build relationships with a diverse range of individuals will be instrumental. In this role, kindness is paramount, as it is for all our staff members.
