Ramsgate Holy Trinity is a lovely, one-form entry Church of England primary school full of enthusiastic and dedicated children, and exceptionally caring teachers and support staff. We are incredibly fortunate in where we are – only a 10-minute walk from the beach and set in generous grounds; outdoor learning is a key part of our curriculum.

We are looking for the right person to join our team of support staff, initially working in our Reception Class where we are dedicated to achieving the highest standards of good Early Years practice to give children the best possible start to their education.

The successful applicant will be able to show either how their experience of working within an Early Years setting has given them the skills needed to facilitate play and make high quality observations which build up an accurate profile of the individual child, or, if they are embarking on a career in education, they will be able to demonstrate real passion and understanding of how young children learn.

This role has been created due to additional needs in the school; as such, it will be on a temporary contract of 1 year. Due to the nature of the role, experience or willingness to support children with medical needs is essential.

This position is 30 hours per week. With only 29 members of staff and 210 children, we are all committed to contributing what we can to the life of the school - we would love to hear about what you think you can add, be that a special skill, interest or hobby that you would be willing to share!

Ramsgate Holy Trinity is a one-form entry Church of England Primary School with 210 children on roll, situated in the picturesque town of Broadstairs, only a 10 minute walk away from the beach. It is led by Erin Price, our Headteacher and Steffi Egan, our Deputy.
