Contract Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 8.30am – 1pm Monday - Friday

Grade: BEX 051 / NJC 5 

Salary: £24,804 FTE (Actual £12,992)

Position Start Date: 31st October 2023

We are looking to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant to support the educational outcomes of our EYFS pupils. We are looking for an experienced TA with a proven track record of supporting pupils with a high level of need. The ideal candidate will have:

The minimum of a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent, with proficient practical skill

Experience of working in Early Years

Support the teaching and learning of an individual with SEN    

Be aware of the SEND Code of Practice 

Knowledge of a range of primary school interventions and provisions

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
