The Enterprise Learning Alliance is looking for an exceptional Early Intervention Mentor to work within the school and in mainstream schools supporting pupils with Complex needs.

The successful candidate will:-

  • Contribute towards the school’s vision and ethos
  • Enjoy completing their work in a professional and positive manner, relish solving problems and take pride in helping people
  • Have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of everypupil
  • Have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity
  • Be highly motivated and have a flexible approach towards work and working hours
  • Have experience of working with children with social, emotional and behavioural needs
  • Have knowledge of and experience of working with external agencies is desirable

Information about the school

The Enterprise Learning Alliance is an innovative school that offers students across all Key Stages an involving, engaging and broad curriculum. The School has educational provision in both the Thanet and Dover District

Working closely with local schools and agencies, the school operates across several sites in the Thanet and Dover area providing individual learning pathways to allow pupils to achieve positive outcomes.

The Enterprise Learning Alliance educates pupils between the ages of 11-16 in both full time and respite education. The school has also developed an innovative and successful outreach service for local schools.

Being rated as good in its last Ofsted in 2019 inspection the Enterprise Learning Alliance is dedicated to the development of good and outstanding teaching and learning.
