The University of Kent Academies Trust are seeking to recruit experienced, hardworking individuals for the role of Pastoral Manager at Brompton Academy to manage student welfare and behaviour and promote a sense of personal excellence in students.   

 

Our new Pastoral Managers will need to be confident, professional and approachable communicators as they will be liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including staff, students, parents/carers and the wider communityThe successful applicant should have good time management skills, be able to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach to work as priorities could change at short notice
