The University of Kent Academies Trust are seeking to recruit a calm, confident and capable individual for the role of Behaviour Support Assistant, to work at Brompton Academy within the team responsible for managing our Exclusion Centre and in our internal Exclusion Room supporting students with behavioural difficulties  This role is 37 hours per week, term time only and is being offered on a permanent basis. 

 

Our ideal candidate will be committed to their own personal development and continuous learning and will be well organised, assertive, and empathetic. Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with parents, carers ,staff and students alike; whilst also having a sense of humour and a desire to engage with working as part of a highly effective and successful team. They will be able to evidence working with young people to positively resolve pastoral issues and will have excellent behaviour management skills
