Sturry CE Primary School are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Class Teaching Assistant to support children in class. You would need to support the children with their educational, physical, emotional and social development, and play an active role alongside the teacher in shaping the learning of the class.

We are looking for teaching assistants who:

  • Have a good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSE level 4/grade C)

This role is:

  • Term time only working
  • Monday to Friday - specific hours to be agreed with the headteacher
  • Pro rata'd KR3 salary - 30 hours @ 43 paid weeks is approximately £13,720 (gross)
