Information about the school

Eastry CE Primary is a popular single form entry primary school serving the village of Eastry and its surrounding areas. Set in beautiful grounds the school benefits from an extensive sports field and direct access to varied outdoor learning environments and forest school. Classrooms are spacious and all have direct access to our outside spaces.

The school has 170 children on roll. As a church school, we enjoy a strong family feel, caring and nurturing ethos, rooted in our Christian values. We have strong links with our village church and the diocese, and are always exploring how we can further serve our community.

We believe that children should have an inspiring curriculum which equips them with the skills needed for life. We are lucky to have the excellent support of our families, community and governors.
