Nexus is an ambitious special school for children and young people with profound, severe and complex needs, many of whom are on the Autistic Spectrum, and we are the district special school for Tonbridge and Malling, Kent. 

 

We are seeking to appoint a hardworking, energetic and committed professional to work in our vibrant school; an experienced bsuiness professional, ideally with school experience, who can provide exceptional financial and operational leadership, to advise and work closely with the Headteacher, other senior leaders and the governing board. 

Ideally you will be experienced in managing teams across all aspects of school administration, finance, HR and site management, driving forward and enhancing standards of achievement within the school by striving for excellence and collaborating with key stakeholders.  

We are looking for someone who is proactive and has experience working in a busy office, where flexibility and the ability to reprioritise is essential as circumstances change. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is required alongside a good sense of humour.
