Following the retirement of a valued colleague and in order to further develop our SEND provision, Brompton Academy, part of The University of Kent Academies Trust is seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of SENCO, who will have the strategic foresight to build an outstanding SEND provision in both mainstream and the Eliot Centre whilst acting as an advocate for students and their families. 

Our new SENCO will be a qualified teacher and experienced SENCO who is committed to lifelong learning and passionate about SEND provision and the impact this has not only in school, but post academic studies. 

They will be confident and competent, have a solution focused mindset and will be committed to acting as Leadership role model, not only to their direct reports, but also to their peers.
