We are looking for an outstanding school leader. If you are highly motivated and energetic with a passion and drive to support our children in their education and help them learn new skills, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for the delivery of an innovative curriculum, working closely with the education team to provide quality first teaching and learning. 

The role is non-classroom based, although may include some teaching.

Suitable for candidates who have proven leadership skills and experience, who demonstrate innovative practice and want to make a real difference.

The ideal candidate:

  • Hold a professionally recognised teaching qualification
  • An understanding of Independent School Standards
  • Thorough understanding of the Ofsted inspection process
  • Ability to implement change and provide accurate and effective reporting
  • Experienced practitioner able to plan, deliver and design curricula to broaden and expand the school offer
  • Resourceful, innovative, and able to embrace change
  • Accept challenges, inspire, motivate, and mentor others
  • Proven leadership experience and passionate about driving standards

  • Good understanding of SEMH, ASD and associated complex needs

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced education practitioner with a proven track record of leadership in mainstream and/or Special Education.

Supported by an executive team the post holder will oversee the day-to-day

operational management of the Academy and will also be pivotal in developing and establishing a shared vision and strategic plan.
