Due to staff movement within the school, an exciting opportunity has become availabe for Nursery Practitioners X 2 to Join our friendly team at River Mill Primary School in Dartford.

Salary:     KR 4 £21,389 (FTE) £17,600 (actual) 

Hours:      8.30-4.30pm Monday to Friday

Term time only (38 weeks),

River Mill nursery is at the start of a new, exciting journey and bringing new members of staff into the team.   We are able to offer you the daily experience of working with amazing children, laughing with a like-minded colleague and the opportunity to bring your own flair into the setting. 

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 or level 2 qualified practitioner to join our nursery.   A recruitment incentive of £300 will be offered to the right candidate. The right candidate:

  • must have an Early Years Qualification (Level 3 or Level 2)
  • have relevant experience delivering the EYFS framework within a pre-school or nursery setting
  • have a secure knowledge of child development
  • must work well as part of a small team and
  • bring excitement into the curriculum.

River Mill is a new free school that has opened in the centre of Dartford. We are part of Connect Schools Academy Trust, which is a MAT with six like-minded schools in Dartford, Tonbridge and Bromley. We will be Combining with Compass Academy Trust from September 2024. This enables us to deliver highly effective CPD opportunities and structure for professional development and career progression.
